Arvind Limited said on Wednesday that Susheel Kaul has resigned from his position as Managing Director and President (Textiles) due to personal reasons.
The company said Kaul was relieved of his responsibilities with effect from the close of business on March 9, 2026, following a mutually agreed arrangement between him and the company.

Kaul is a veteran of India’s textile and apparel industry with several decades of experience. During his tenure at Arvind, he oversaw the company’s textiles operations, including its denim, woven fabrics and advanced materials businesses, and played a role in strengthening the company’s position as one of the country’s leading textile manufacturers.
Arvind Limited is one of India’s major textile and apparel companies, with a strong presence in the denim and casualwear segments. Through its fashion and retail businesses, the company manages a wide portfolio of international and domestic brands.
Its brand portfolio includes global labels such as U.S. Polo Assn., Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Arrow, along with domestic brand Flying Machine.
Separately, Arvind reported its financial performance for the third quarter of the financial year, saying consolidated net profit fell 5.6 percent year-on-year to Rs. 97.59 crore (US $10.61 million). Revenue from operations, however, rose 13.6 percent to Rs. 2,372.64 crore (US $258 million) in Q3 FY26 compared with the same quarter a year earlier.
