FAISALABAD — Pakistan’s largest listed textile company, Interloop Limited, has strengthened its global footprint with the acquisition of Dutch sock brand Bonnie Doon. The deal was made through Textile Hub, an Interloop affiliate, and includes the brand’s global trademarks, inventory, and e-commerce operations.
“This acquisition includes the global trademarks for the brand Bonnie Doon, along with associated inventory and e-commerce infrastructure,” confirmed company secretary Rana Ali Raza.
The move signals Interloop’s continued push into value-added branded products as part of its growth strategy. In its recent corporate briefing, the company outlined plans for further expansion, including an $18.8 million denim project slated for completion in the fourth quarter of FY26, and a $13.2 million yarn dyeing facility expected to come online in the first quarter of the same fiscal year.
With more than 34,000 employees across six countries, Interloop has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 44% since 2020, solidifying its position as a key player in the global textile and apparel supply chain.
