Turkish-based trims and packaging solutions provider Dizayn Etiket has promoted Muhammad Shafiqul Islam to Country Manager of Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh (DZN Labels Ltd), the company said, as it strengthens leadership to support long-term growth in one of the world’s key apparel sourcing hubs.
Mr. Shafiq brings nearly two decades of professional experience spanning the telecom sector and the apparel accessories industry, with a strong track record in business development, strategic sales leadership and market expansion. He began his career in the telecom industry in 2006 before joining Avery Dennison Bangladesh in 2008, where he spent more than a decade contributing to business growth and strengthening long-term partnerships with leading apparel brands and manufacturers.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Shafiq held senior roles at Mainetti (BPL) and later joined Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh as Sales Director. In this role, he played a pivotal part in expanding the company’s customer base and reinforcing its market position within Bangladesh’s competitive trims and accessories sector.
As Country Manager, Mr. Shafiq will oversee overall business operations, strategic direction and market development, supporting Dizayn Etiket’s continued growth and long-term commitment to serving global fashion brands sourcing from Bangladesh.
