Levi Strauss & Co. has named Chris Callieri as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective September 15, 2025, as the company sharpens its focus on agility, sustainability, and direct-to-consumer growth.
Callieri brings more than two decades of experience in global supply chain leadership. He most recently served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co., and previously held senior roles at Tory Burch and Adidas.
At Levi’s, Callieri will oversee product development, sourcing, sustainability, distribution, and logistics, reporting directly to CEO Michelle Gass.
Gass described his arrival as timely, stating: “Chris joins us at a pivotal moment in our evolution into a DTC-first denim lifestyle company. He is the right leader to strengthen our end-to-end supply chain agility, drive innovation, and advance our sustainability goals.”
The appointment underscores Levi’s strategy to modernize its operations and reinforce supply chain resilience amid global retail shifts.
