The Vietnam International Trade Fair for Apparel, Textiles and Textile Technologies (VIATT) is returning to the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) from 26 to 28 February 2026, expanding its show floor by 20% to cover 18,000 sqm across Halls A and B. Building on nearly 13% growth in exhibitors at its last edition, VIATT 2026 reflects Vietnam’s emergence as a leading textile powerhouse with new zones dedicated to apparel, fashion accessories, and textile chemicals and dyes.
Vietnam’s signing of 17 new generation free trade agreements continues to diversify its markets, making VIATT a vital platform for industry players worldwide to capitalize on the country’s dynamic business environment. The previous edition saw a 30% increase in international buyers and a 10% rise in total buyers, underlining the fair’s growing importance in supporting Vietnam’s shift from volume-driven exports to value-led, innovative, and sustainable manufacturing.
VIATT 2026 will emphasize sustainability through the return of the Econogy Hub, which showcases eco-friendly materials such as organic fibers, recycled synthetics, and low-impact dyeing technologies in line with Vietnam’s goal to establish a closed-loop textile economy by 2050. The Innovation & Digital Solution Zone will highlight advanced technologies like AI-driven prototyping and automation systems, helping Vietnam’s textile sector modernize and unlock new opportunities.
The fair will also expand its offering of finished apparel products to include a new Fashion Label Zone for boutique designers and a dedicated Fashion Accessories Zone, attracting notable buyers such as Tory Burch and Zara. In home textiles, Vietnam’s growing market will be featured with enhanced displays of luxury and contract-grade fabrics, drawing buyers like IKEA and Muji.
A new Textile Chemicals & Dyes Zone will support the technical textiles segment, which is poised for rapid growth driven by Industry 4.0 adoption and government policies. VIATT 2026 continues to attract global brands including American Eagle, Nike, Lululemon, and Decathlon, making it Southeast Asia’s premier sourcing event.
Organized by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), VIATT 2026 promises to connect global industry leaders and showcase Vietnam’s position as a dynamic, sustainable textile hub.
