Sustainability consultancy firm 360 TSL showcased its leadership in green building certification and transition readiness at the “Going Green with LEED v4 — Preparing for LEED v5” session during BCGTEX ’25, held from October 23 to 25 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB).

The session came ahead of the LEED v4 phase-out, as the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) prepares to close registration for all rating systems on March 31, 2026. After that date, new projects must adopt LEED v5, while those already registered under v4 will retain the standard two-to-three-year certification window.

Founder and Managing Director Ananta Ahmed, widely recognized as a pioneer in global green building consultancy, leads 360 TSL’s efforts. He is the only individual in the world to hold five USGBC credentials, USGBC Faculty status, and Silver membership. Under his leadership, the firm has provided full-spectrum consultancy to more than 128 companies, covering over 388 projects and 140 million square feet across Bangladesh.

Ahmed’s consultancy achievements include some of the world’s top-scoring LEED projects such as Tasniah Fabrics Ltd. Admin Building (107 points, the best USGBC LEED project globally) and S. M. Sourcing and Tasniah Production Building (106 points, second-best worldwide).

During BCGTEX ’25, 360 TSL announced a limited-time offer to process LEED v4 registrations free of charge, including the firm’s Silver Membership discount. The initiative aims to help companies secure their v4 eligibility before the registration deadline while preparing them for the forthcoming LEED v5 standards.

Company representatives reiterated that the benefits of green building adoption are substantial, with measurable financial and operational gains. “The Green Building concept can and will create profit for your company, and we are here to provide all information at no cost,” Ahmed noted during the session.
