Texworld Los Angeles and its co-located sister fair, Apparel Sourcing Los Angeles, will open a three-day run on July 21 at the California Market Center in downtown Los Angeles, organizer Messe Frankfurt said, positioning the event as the West Coast’s leading platform for textile and apparel sourcing.
The 2026 edition runs through July 23 and is expected to draw around 1,500 visitors and roughly 100 exhibitors, according to trade show data compiled by industry directories, continuing a format the fair has followed since its 2023 launch. The show gives designers, manufacturers and buyers a venue to source fabrics, trims, finished apparel and private-label manufacturing under one roof at the CMC, a fixture of the city’s downtown fashion district.
This edition marks a notable expansion of the show’s footprint. Home Textiles Sourcing, previously confined to Messe Frankfurt’s New York circuit, will co-locate on the West Coast for the first time, organizers said, joining Texworld LA, Apparel Sourcing LA and Printsource under a single exhibition umbrella. Interfilière, the trade show dedicated to intimates, swimwear and activewear sourcing, has also signed on as a new partner for the July edition, broadening the range of categories buyers can source in one visit.
Product categories on the floor span childrenswear, womenswear, menswear, activewear, knits, wovens, denim, suiting, contemporary lines, intimates and loungewear, alongside original design manufacturing and contract manufacturing services, according to the organizer’s show materials. Exhibitor participation has historically drawn suppliers from across Asia and beyond, with past editions counting partners such as the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade’s textile arm and the Taiwan Textile Federation among its international delegations.

Programming for the July run centers on three features. The Trend Showcase, curated by Paris-based forecasting agency Peclers Paris, will present seasonal color and material direction to visiting brands. An Innovation Hub will spotlight eco-friendly textile options and high-performance fiber technology, an area that has drawn growing exhibitor interest as apparel brands face pressure to diversify sourcing away from sustainability laggards. A Textile Talks seminar series will run alongside the show floor, covering sourcing strategy and business growth topics for attending buyers.
Messe Frankfurt launched Texworld Los Angeles in 2023 to extend the reach of its long-running Texworld New York City franchise, which has operated for more than two decades as a hub for the East Coast apparel trade. The Los Angeles edition was designed to mirror that model on the West Coast, giving Southern California’s dense concentration of contemporary and denim brands, along with Mexico- and Central America-facing supply chains, a closer sourcing venue than the New York shows.
The July gathering comes as apparel sourcing executives continue to navigate tariff volatility and forced-labor compliance rules that have reshaped supplier selection over the past year, pushing some buyers toward diversified, verifiable supply chains. Trade fairs positioned as one-stop sourcing venues have benefited from that shift, as brands consolidate supplier vetting into fewer, larger events rather than individual overseas trips.
Registration for the July 21-23 event remains open through the show’s website, with a digital exhibitor guide allowing prospective attendees to browse participants by country and product category ahead of the fair. Messe Frankfurt did not immediately respond to a request for additional exhibitor figures for the 2026 edition.
