A high-level delegation from the China Printing and Dyeing Association visited the Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 27 April, underscoring the strengthening ties between China and Bangladesh in the textile and apparel sector.
The visit, facilitated by R&G 3rd Eye, brought together industry leaders to discuss strategic opportunities for expanding Chinese investment in Bangladesh. Key areas of focus included advanced dyeing and finishing technologies, sustainable wet processing solutions, energy-efficient manufacturing systems, and modern industrial services aimed at improving operational efficiency.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the urgency of adopting environmentally responsible production methods as global pressure mounts on the apparel industry to decarbonize. The delegation highlighted Chinaโs expertise in textile machinery, automation, and process innovation, which could play a significant role in supporting Bangladeshโs transition toward low-carbon and resource-efficient manufacturing.
