The Tent Expo, North America’s leading trade show for the tent rental and supply industry, opened on 27th January, Tuesday at the Margaritaville Resort Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida, bringing together manufacturers, rental companies and service providers from across the region.
The three-day event, running from Jan 27 to Jan 29, is organized by the Advanced Textiles Association and is held biennially as a key marketplace for commercial and event tent solutions. Exhibitors are showcasing large-scale tents, related equipment and services, while attendees engage in live demonstrations and hands-on training focused on installation techniques and operational efficiency.

Industry professionals are also participating in networking sessions, educational workshops and business-focused discussions aimed at addressing safety standards, regulatory compliance and emerging market trends. Organizers said the event is designed to strengthen collaboration across the supply chain and support growth in the tent rental sector.
A central feature of this year’s Tent Expo is the updated “Tour of the Tents,” which allows participants to observe best practices in setup and anchoring, alongside technical sessions led by experienced installers and suppliers. Additional programming includes social events intended to encourage informal networking among industry leaders.
The Tent Expo is widely regarded as a barometer for demand and innovation in the temporary structures and outdoor events market, with organizers expecting strong participation throughout the show’s run in Kissimmee.
