Olah, a denim-industry figure since 1979, founded the Kingpins Show in 2004 and later launched the Transformers Foundation, a platform for discussions on denim manufacturing practices. He also helped build a jeans-focused course at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Tymkiw brings more than 20 years in fabric research and sourcing strategy, with leadership roles at Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Nautica and Walmart. She now runs TYMKIW Consulting, advising brands on sourcing, sustainability and tariffs.

Caneer-Williams has more than 24 years in textile innovation and sourcing, including a stint at brrr° where she shifted textile production capability from Asia to North Carolina. She speaks four languages and leads K2K Industries, a materials and sourcing advisory.

Ahalt-Eagle brings over 20 years in materials development and manufacturing strategy, with technical roles at Target, Reebok/Adidas, HanesBrands and JCPenney, alongside consulting work for Under Armour and Adidas.

“These are people who know the business from the inside,” said Robert Antoshak, Managing Partner of Gherzi Americas. “They’ve built supply chains, run global operations, and dealt directly with mills and brands.”

All four will advise Gherzi Americas clients on market strategy, sourcing, product development, operations and responsible production across the textile and apparel value chain, the firm said.

Gherzi was founded in Switzerland in 1929 and serves the global textile and apparel industry through an international network of consultants and engineers.
