A key technology promoted by Archroma is HeiQ Mint™, a plant-based deodorizer developed using essential mint oils and naturally derived ingredients. As a non-biocidal solution, it does not require a biocidal declaration on product labels, making it suitable for global markets. The technology regenerates its odor-control performance with every wash, allowing garments to be washed less frequently—an important step toward saving water, energy, and detergents, while extending garment lifespan.

Archroma is also delivering robust antimicrobial performance through HeiQ Pure™, a silver-based solution designed to control odor-causing bacteria on textiles. Known for its high durability and wash resistance, this technology is widely adopted by leading sports and outdoor brands. It is bluesign approved and OEKO-TEX® suited, aligning with Archroma’s focus on safety, compliance, and responsible chemistry.

In addition, Archroma strengthens its odor-management offering with the Sanitized® Odorex™ product family, which neutralizes unpleasant odors as soon as garments are worn. Rather than relying on antimicrobial action, these solutions adsorb odors, providing an effective alternative for specific performance needs and regulatory environments.

By combining Archroma’s sustainability leadership and global reach with HeiQ’s innovative textile technologies, the partnership is helping drive a more responsible and performance-focused future for the textile industry—where freshness, comfort, and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.
