The three-day AI4BT Global Summit, a virtual conference on AI-centric business transformation and cybersecurity, concluded on Sunday night, organisers said, after gathering executives, academics and consultants from Bangladesh and abroad.
The event began on Friday night Bangladesh time. Speakers included Sarah Cornett, an AI strategy and governance adviser, Dr. Asif Naimur Rashid, chief business officer of Grameenphone, and Raisul Kabir, chief executive of Brain Station 23.
The first two days focused on enterprise readiness, training and the future of enterprise resource planning. The final day turned to cybersecurity and productivity.

Dr. Shariful Islam, chair of cyber security and AI governance at Anglia Ruskin University, delivered a keynote on building a trusted data foundation for enterprise AI. Dr. Arif Azad then discussed managing engineering risk in tightly regulated sectors, while Frank Lieber and Tina Lieber addressed human readiness for AI.
A roundtable examined how AI can raise business productivity. Mohammad Ruknuzzaman, chief executive of Metamorphosis Limited, demonstrated autonomous AI agents performing tasks such as cash flow forecasting, and Mohammad Abdul Awal Mia discussed transforming Oracle ERP through AI.
The summit ended with the unveiling of a 90-day enterprise transformation blueprint, delegate masterclass certification and post-summit advisory partnerships, organisers said.
