The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team brought back its iconic denim-style jerseys on Saturday night, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Wildcats’ 1995‑96 national championship team. The throwback uniforms, first introduced during the title-winning season, made their modern debut in a special ceremony at Rupp Arena ahead of the Southeastern Conference matchup against Tennessee.

The denim-inspired design blends retro aesthetics with contemporary uniform technology, paying homage to the “Untouchables” squad that remains one of Kentucky’s most celebrated teams. Members of the 1996 championship team attended the game, joining fans and current players in honoring the program’s storied history.
