The 25th Bangladesh edition of the Textile Series of Exhibitions concluded on Saturday in Dhaka, marking a quarter-century of the event’s engagement with the country’s textile and apparel industry, organizers CEMS-Global USA and CEMS Bangladesh said.
The four-day exhibition, held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Centre in Purbachal, combined three co-located shows: the 25th Textech Bangladesh International Expo, the 26th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show – Summer Edition, and the 53rd DyeChem Bangladesh International Expo.

Organizers said the event drew about 1,475 companies from 37 countries across more than 2,245 booths and pavilions, with over 16,000 business visitors attending. Exhibits spanned textile and apparel machinery, automation, production technology, yarn, fabrics, trims, accessories, dyestuffs and chemicals.
Meherun N. Islam, President and Group Managing Director of CEMS-Global USA and Asia-Pacific, said Bangladesh’s textile and apparel sector has transformed over 25 years, citing gains in modern technology, production systems, productivity, international compliance standards and sustainable manufacturing. She said the series has grown from a conventional trade show into one of the country’s key annual B2B platforms for direct business connections between buyers, suppliers and stakeholders.
