Bangladesh’s 17 Textile Firms Target Buyers at Texworld Paris

Seventeen Bangladeshi companies are showcasing their textile and apparel capabilities at Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris 2026, which opened at Paris Le Bourget this week, organizers said on Tuesday.

The 59th edition of the fair, a leading European platform for the textile, apparel and leather industries, has drawn around 1,300 manufacturers from roughly 35 countries, offering buyers a broad range of fabrics, garments, accessories and innovative textile solutions.

Bangladesh, the world’s second-largest exporter of finished apparel after China, is represented across multiple segments. Hoorain High Tech, NZ Denim and NZ Fabric are exhibiting in the Texworld section, while Nexgen Apparel and H&F Fashion are participating in Apparel Sourcing. Read Here

A further 12 Bangladeshi firms, including Comoda Garments, Warptex, DK Textile, Bengal Glory and Corus Fashion, are showcasing under the Export Promotion Bureau’s pavilion.

Other key sourcing markets at the fair include Pakistan, China, India, Turkey, Myanmar, South Korea, Japan and Italy.

Company representatives said buyer response has been encouraging, with several exhibitors citing strong prospects for new orders. The event, running through Wednesday, gives Bangladeshi manufacturers a platform to expand ties with international brands as the industry seeks to diversify sourcing amid shifting global trade dynamics.
