A new step forward in sustainable denim has emerged through a strategic collaboration between Recover™ and Prosperity Textile, aiming to scale circular production within the global apparel supply chain.
Under this partnership, both companies have co-developed a range of denim fabrics within the Recover™ Fabrics platform. The initiative combines Recover’s mechanically recycled cotton fiber—known for its consistency and reduced environmental footprint—with Prosperity Textile’s strong technical expertise in denim innovation and large-scale manufacturing.
Production is being carried out in Vietnam, leveraging Prosperity’s vertically integrated and technologically advanced facilities to ensure both efficiency and quality at scale.
The collaboration addresses a critical industry challenge: how to move from small-batch sustainable experimentation to commercially viable, high-volume production. By aligning raw material innovation with manufacturing capability, the partnership is designed to deliver production-ready denim solutions that meet the performance, durability, and aesthetic expectations of global brands—without compromising on sustainability.

A key focus of the initiative is circularity. Recover’s recycled cotton fiber reduces reliance on virgin cotton, lowers water consumption, and minimizes textile waste, while Prosperity’s manufacturing processes are optimized for resource efficiency.
Together, they are building a flexible and scalable supply chain model that can support long-term sourcing strategies for major fashion brands transitioning toward circular business models.
The first outcomes of this collaboration—including both fabrics and finished garments—will be officially showcased at the Kingpins Show Amsterdam on April 15–16. The event, known as one of the most influential platforms for denim innovation, will provide selected brand partners and industry stakeholders an exclusive preview of the developments.

Initial fabric collections from this collaboration will be introduced to a curated group of brand partners, signaling a targeted and strategic rollout. Both companies emphasize that this is not a short-term capsule initiative but a long-term effort to industrialize sustainable denim production.
As global demand for responsible sourcing intensifies, this partnership reflects a broader shift in the textile industry—where collaboration across the value chain is becoming essential to achieve measurable impact. By integrating recycled raw materials with scalable manufacturing, Recover™ and Prosperity Textile are positioning themselves at the forefront of the next generation of denim supply systems.
