The 25th Bangladesh Edition of the Textile Series of Exhibitions opened on 2nd September, Wednesday at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Centre (BCFEC) in Purbachal, Dhaka, bringing together textile and garment manufacturers, buying houses and technology suppliers from around the world as the industry pushes further into automation and digital manufacturing.
The four-day event, running through September 5, is organized by CEMS-Global USA, a multinational exhibition and convention organizer with operations spanning multiple continents. Organizers said Bangladesh’s next phase of growth in the sector will hinge on productivity gains, diversification, sustainability and the adoption of artificial intelligence and data-driven production systems, as automation reshapes global apparel manufacturing.

The exhibition is expected to draw factory owners, production managers, merchandisers, sourcing professionals, engineers, designers, importers, distributors and international suppliers, offering a platform for business discussions, sourcing deals, technology evaluation and cross-border collaboration. Five international seminars are being held alongside the show floor, gathering industry experts, technology providers and policymakers to discuss innovation, emerging technologies and future industry trends.

A new Digital Transformation Zone at Hall B is being introduced this year, showcasing digital machinery, automation systems and technology solutions aimed at boosting productivity and operational efficiency across the textile and apparel value chain.

Since their launch, the Textile Series exhibitions have collectively hosted more than 1,475 exhibiting companies across 2,245 booths and pavilions, drawing participants from 37 countries and over 16,000 business visitors, according to organizers. This year’s Bangladesh edition runs concurrently with the 25th Textech Bangladesh 2026 International Expo, the 26th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show, and the 53rd DyeChem Bangladesh 2026 International Expo, expanding the scope of the combined trade event.

Exhibition hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Organizers said the 25th anniversary edition reinforces the Textile Series’ role as a major international B2B platform linking global manufacturers, technology providers, buyers and sourcing professionals with Bangladesh’s textile and garment industry, one of the world’s largest apparel export bases and a key driver of the country’s economy.
CEMS-Global said its exhibitions connect industries, manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, associations and policymakers worldwide, creating platforms for business development, technology transfer, investment, sourcing and cross-border collaboration across the sectors it serves.
