The CHT Group has expanded its textile dye portfolio with two new products designed to improve colour performance, dyeing flexibility and processing reliability for textile manufacturers.

Announced on October 28, 2026, the launches include BEMACID Brilliant Blue F-WN, developed for polyamide and wool, and BEZAKTIV Solar Yellow ONE, a high-performance reactive dye intended for flexible dyeing applications.

BEMACID Brilliant Blue F-WN is designed to deliver high colour brilliance and excellent wet fastness, helping manufacturers achieve vibrant shades while maintaining colour performance during wet processing. The dye is both metal-free and free of adsorbable organically bound halogens (AOX), characteristics relevant to textile chemical formulations and manufacturers seeking to meet evolving processing requirements.

The product expands CHT’s BEMACID F portfolio, offering an additional blue dye component for textile producers working with polyamide and wool. Colour intensity, fastness and process reliability remain important considerations for manufacturers supplying textiles for applications where consistent appearance and durability are essential.

The company’s second launch, BEZAKTIV Solar Yellow ONE, is a lightfast, non-photochromic golden yellow reactive dye designed to produce uniform results across a broad range of colour depths, from light to darker shades.

The dye also offers very good wash-off properties and can be used in both exhaust and continuous dyeing processes. This flexibility could help dyehouses accommodate different production requirements without limiting shade development to a single processing method.

CHT said BEZAKTIV Solar Yellow ONE can also be incorporated into trichromatic dyeing systems alongside BEZAKTIV Coral Red ONE and BEZAKTIV Aquamarine ONE. The combination supports the development of a wider range of shades while addressing performance requirements in textile dyeing.

The launches come as textile manufacturers continue to balance colour consistency, production efficiency and product quality across increasingly varied material and processing needs. However, the company did not disclose pricing, commercial launch schedules or quantified environmental performance data for the two dyes.

Headquartered in Tübingen, Germany, the CHT Group is a foundation-owned specialty chemicals manufacturer serving several industries, including textiles. Its textile solutions portfolio includes dyes and auxiliaries for the textile value chain.

The group reported turnover of 572 million euros in the 2025 financial year and operates 26 production sites worldwide, employing approximately 2,500 people.

With the two additions, CHT is broadening its offering for manufacturers seeking reliable colour performance and greater flexibility in textile dyeing operations.
