Registration is now open for the first-ever winter edition of Functional Fabric Fair powered by Performance Days, scheduled for January 21–22, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The event will take place in the Tangerine Ballroom, running alongside the PGA Show, the world’s largest business gathering for the golf industry organized by PGA Golf Exhibitions and the PGA of America.
Exclusively open to verified industry professionals, registration for the Functional Fabric Fair Winter, Orlando is free and independent of the PGA Show. With both events conveniently located within the same convention center, attendees will enjoy easy access to an expanded network of sourcing and collaboration opportunities across performance textiles, golf, and activewear markets.
The Orlando edition will host over 75 curated exhibitors, Expert Talks, and a Trend Forum focused on sustainability and innovation. The fair will spotlight advanced performance fabrics and textile technologies tailored for the golf, outdoor, and activewear sectors, emphasizing responsible sourcing and eco-friendly production.

Building on the success of its established shows in Portland and New York City, the new Orlando event marks an exciting milestone in the fair’s growth. The roots of the event trace back to 2016, when the PGA Show first introduced a raw materials sourcing section for golf and tennis apparel, expanding from 30 exhibitors to 68 by 2018, and eventually evolving into today’s Functional Fabric Fair series.
“The Orlando winter edition marks a full-circle milestone for Functional Fabric Fair as we expand our platform and reconnect with the golf industry alongside the PGA Show,” said Steve McCullough, Event Vice President.
“By uniting innovative, sustainable performance fabrics with decision-makers driving product development, we’re creating new opportunities for collaboration and advancing how apparel is designed for golfers, outdoor enthusiasts, and active consumers alike.”
The Functional Fabric Fair remains a trade-only event, welcoming designers, product developers, purchasing agents, material managers, and students involved in the outdoor, performance, and lifestyle apparel markets. Additionally, a Day 0 Sustainability Workshop—available through separate registration with limited seating—will precede the main event.
