Intertex Saudi 2026, an international fashion and textile trade fair, is set to open in Riyadh on Sept. 15, bringing manufacturers, exporters, buyers and retailers together as Saudi Arabia strengthens its position as a growing market for fashion and textile products.
The three-day event at The Arena Riyadh will run through Sept. 17 and is expected to attract more than 10,000 professional buyers and feature about 500 booths across more than 10,000 square metres of exhibition space, according to the organisers.
The exhibition will cover a broad section of the textile and apparel value chain, including ready-made garments, apparel fabrics, functional textiles, home textiles, footwear, bags, accessories, trims, linings and leather goods. Textile and garment machinery, sewing and embroidery equipment, cutting systems, dyes and chemical products will also be showcased.
The event comes as Saudi Arabia seeks to diversify its economy and develop new business opportunities beyond oil, creating growing demand for consumer goods, fashion and related supply-chain services.

For international textile and apparel suppliers, the Riyadh exhibition offers an opportunity to connect with importers, wholesalers, department stores, e-commerce businesses, supermarkets and professional tailoring companies across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
The fair is also expected to provide sourcing and partnership opportunities for manufacturers seeking to expand their presence in Gulf markets. Its combination of apparel, fabrics, home textiles, accessories and production technologies gives the event relevance across multiple segments of the global textile supply chain.
For Bangladesh and other major apparel-producing countries, the growing Saudi market could provide additional opportunities to diversify export destinations as manufacturers face changing demand conditions in traditional Western markets.
With its focus on sourcing, manufacturing and regional market access, Intertex Saudi 2026 is positioned as an important meeting point for textile and apparel businesses seeking to expand across the Middle East.
