Texhibition Istanbul, a fabric, yarn and textile accessories fair, opens Wednesday at Istanbul Expo Center, running through September 11, organizers said, drawing manufacturers and buyers from across the global apparel supply chain.

The three-day event brings together producers of woven fabrics, knitwear, denim and cotton textiles with international buyers, brand managers, importers, wholesalers and fashion designers, according to the fair’s website. Exhibitors span multiple product categories, including cotton, polyester, wool and linen, with companies grouped across several exhibition halls at the venue.

A dedicated denim showcase, branded Blue Black Texhibition, will feature manufacturers known for their scale in the global denim sector, housed in Hall 7. The section is positioned as a hub for innovation and trend-focused sourcing within the denim category, organizers said.

The fair is backed by Turkey’s Ministry of Trade, the Turkish Exporters Assembly, the Istanbul Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association, and other state and industry bodies, underscoring its role in Turkey’s textile export strategy. Istanbul has increasingly positioned itself as a regional sourcing hub, benefiting from proximity to European buyers and established manufacturing capacity in fabrics and denim.

Organizers said visitors can pre-register online to access a fast-track badge system, while a filtering tool on the fair’s platform allows buyers to browse exhibitor collections and locate relevant manufacturers by product category ahead of their visit.

A second edition of the fair is scheduled for March 3-5, 2027, also at Istanbul Expo Center, according to the organizers, signaling continued momentum for the sourcing event on the region’s textile trade calendar.
